Localy - Shipping & Return Policy
Delivery:
- Speed: We deliver your fresh groceries within 2 hours of your order confirmation.Our fleet of temperature-controlled vans ensures your items arrive chilled and ready to enjoy.
- Areas: We currently cover Dubai city only. Please enter your pin location and city name at checkout to confirm availability.
- Delivery Fee: A flat delivery fee of [5 AED if your order value is less than 50 AED] will be applied to all orders, and free delivery if your value is more than 50 AED
Order Cut-off Time:
- To guarantee delivery within the selected time slot, place your order 30 minutes prior to the delivery time.,
- Slot 1: 10 AM - 12 PM
- Slot 2: 1 PM - 3 PM
- Slot 3: 4 PM - 6 PM
- Slot 4: 7 PM - 9 PM
Packaging:
We employ insulated packaging to maintain optimal temperature during transit.
Tracking:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link upon order placement.
- Also you can track your order by checking your app to track the movements.
Returns:
- We accept returns for unopened, chilled items within 24 hours of delivery.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened items or items returned after 24 hours.

- Upon approval, you will be provided with instructions for returning the items.
